Follow Peachtree Industrial Blvd or McGinnis Ferry Rd south toward Old Peachtree Rd NW.
Turn east onto Old Peachtree Rd NW. The Village at Old Peachtree will be on your left shortly after passing the I-85 overpass.
Turn into the shopping center at the Publix Super Market entrance.

I set the appointment on line which was user friendly. The facility was very spacious, well kept and even had the X-ray equipment on site which was great as well.
