What To Expect During Your Enhanced Virtual Visit
Your visit follows the same familiar urgent care process, with technology helping connect you with an expert provider.
1. Check In at the Front Desk
Walk in and check in just as you would for a traditional urgent care visit.
2. Meet With Our Clinical Team
A member of our in-person clinical team will bring you back for triage, take your vital signs, and review your symptoms.
3. Complete a Guided Exam
You’ll move to a private exam room where our clinical team will guide you through technology-assisted testing as part of your exam.
4. Connect With a Board-Certified Provider
A board-certified provider will join you through a secure screen, review your exam findings, and determine the best course of care.
5. Get Your Care Plan
Before you leave, you’ll receive a clear treatment plan and next steps. If appropriate, your provider can also prescribe medications.
