Insurance Providers
Piedmont Urgent Care proudly accepts most major insurers. While this page lists many of the insurance plans we accept, please note that it is not a comprehensive list. Choosing to process your visit through insurance during registration means the self-pay option will no longer be available once your claim is submitted.
We Accept:
- Most Private Insurances
- Medicare
- Medicare Advantage
If your insurance plan isn't listed or you have questions about Piedmont Urgent Care's accepted insurance plans, please contact your nearest Piedmont Urgent Care location or email billingpmt@wellstreet.com. lf Piedmont Urgent Care is not covered by your insurance plan, you can still receive treatment at a competitive self-pay rate.

COVID-19 Update:
As of May 11, 2023, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services declared an end to the public health emergency. As a result, many insurance providers are no longer waiving co-pays, coinsurance, and deductibles for COVID-19-related visits. We recommend reaching out to your insurance company for specific coverage details related to COVID-19 care.

Self-pay
If Piedmont Urgent Care is not part of your insurance network or you are uninsured, we offer a flat self-pay rate of $210. This competitive price includes most services, with additional costs for specific tests or treatments.
Payment Details:
- Payment is required at the time of service.
- We accept cash, major credit cards, debit cards, and HSA/FSA cards.
- Choosing self-pay ensures your insurance will not be billed for this visit.
Self-pay is a great option if you're seeking urgent care without insurance or need clarity on the cost of an urgent care visit before receiving treatment.
Secure Card on File
Piedmont Urgent Care makes getting care even more convenient with Secure Card on File.
Our streamlined billing process helps simplify payment and reduce follow-up billing — so you can focus on feeling better.
How Secure Card on File Works:
- Insured patients provide a credit, debit, or HSA/FSA card at check-in.
- Co-pays or coinsurance are due before being seen.
- After your insurance processes your claim, any balance will be resolved according to the Secure Card on File Agreement.
- You’ll receive advance notice before any additional charges are made.
