From Atlanta (I-85 North)

Take I-85 North to Exit 106 (GA-316 East) toward Lawrenceville/Athens.
Take the first exit for Sugarloaf Parkway.
Turn Right onto Sugarloaf Parkway.
Continue straight for approximately 2.5 miles.
After passing the intersection with Five Forks Trickum Road, our building will be on your right (look for the Piedmont Urgent Care signage).

From the North (I-85 South)

Take I-85 South to Exit 109 (Sugarloaf Parkway).
Turn Left onto Sugarloaf Parkway.
Continue straight for approximately 6 miles (you will pass Sugarloaf Mills and cross over GA-316).
After the intersection with Five Forks Trickum Road, our building will be on your right.

Ample free parking is available directly in front of the building.

Great staff from the front desk, nurse, and doctors. Very patient, and educational moment especially when I was with the doctor, quite informative. I set the appointment on line which was user friendly. The facility was very spacious, well kept and even had the X-ray equipment on site which was great as well. I was surprised and thankful because at first I was apprehensive. I'm truly glad I made the decision to attend this facility, fantastic experience as well as care.
