From US-41:
- Follow US-41 toward Cartersville and turn west onto East Main Street (GA-113). Main St Market Place will be on your left shortly after the US-41/Main Street intersection.
- Turn into the shopping center at the Kroger Marketplace entrance — the clinic is at 10 Main St Market Place.
From I-75:
- Take Exit 288 for GA-113/Main Street toward Cartersville.
- Head west on Main Street. Main St Market Place and the Kroger Marketplace will be on your right before you reach downtown. The clinic is at 10 Main St Market Place.

I set the appointment on line which was user friendly. The facility was very spacious, well kept and even had the X-ray equipment on site which was great as well. I was surprised and thankful because at first I was apprehensive. I'm truly glad I made the decision to attend this facility, fantastic experience as well as care.
